The 45 Archive Band plays the music you grew up with, exposed your kids to, and now is shared with their children. Our performances bring you the full spectrum of sounds from the heyday of 1960s Top 40 Radio, and 45 rpm records. We pull from that era’s archive of British Invasion, Garage Rock, Surf Music, Pop Rock and R&B classics. Dance and sing along to the music of The Beatles, The Box Tops, The Dave Clark Five, Dion, Elvis, Johnny Rivers, Paul Revere & The Raiders, The Rolling Stones, and many other artists who made the music that was the soundtrack of the 1960s and now bridges generations.
Six longtime Twin Cities musicians with decades of stage experience and a love of 60s rock ‘n’ roll, deliver a solid show of fun-filled, high-energy music from a simpler time, when the hit songs of the day blasted from car and transistor radios, and baby boomers and their music came into focus as a cultural influence. Join The 45 Archive Band for a groovy, mellow and far out night of good times and great oldies.
